Contract Design

Our service, by design, will be called upon infrequently. Therefore, we draw up a standard template contract every time you need a run.

Our design requires that the source data files be encrypted, and to assist organizations that may need help doing so, we will provide a tool set. Some of the code contains modules that uses non-military encryption technologies that fall within the purview of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 15 chapter VII, subchapter C, and therefore, may not be available to clients based outside the US borders.

The contract will be executed in the State of Delaware and will be governed by Laws of State of Delaware, and the Federal Laws of USA. The service will also be provided on a cloud environment operated from the State of Delaware
